Rebeldes (also stylized as RebeldeS) was a Brazilian musical group, which appeared in the Brazilian soap opera Rebelde, produced by Rede Record in partnership with the Mexican company Televisa and shown for the first time. In the plot, the six main characters - Alice, Carla, Diego, Pedro, Roberta and Tomás - form a fictional band, and the six actors who play such characters - respectively, Sophia Abrahão, Mel Fronckowiak, Arthur Aguiar, Micael Borges, Lua Blanco and Chay Suede - started to act like a real band.
The band released the first album of their career, with the same name of the group, on September 30, 2011 by EMI Music, in partnership with Record Entertainment, and reached the third place on the official musical chart of Brazil, the CD - TOP 20 Weekly ABPD, for two consecutive weeks, in addition to the disc's first single, “Do Jeito Que Eu Sou”, having reached the fifteenth and eleventh positions on Billboard Brasil's Hot 100 and Hot Pop charts, respectively . On April 11, 2012, the sextet released his first live album and video album, entitled Rebeldes - Ao Vivo, recorded during shows in São Paulo for 7,000 people.
The soap opera had its last chapter in October 2012. The band ended after the farewell tour “Rebeldes para Semper”.
